The Situation
This business process improvement consultancy engaged Solid State Information Design to assist with messaging and marketing efforts. As Acetta evolved from a technology implementer and systems integrator to a thought leader that addresses the key factors hindering performance gains at mid-sized and larger organizations, Acetta required professional communications strategy and support. But the firm's needs did not warrant a full-time in-house marketing director, or an engagement with a large integrated marketing agency.
The Approach
Solid State provided value by developing diagrammatic key message systems that set priorities for collateral development and facilitated consensus on a mission statement and concisely defined brand pillars. Solid State also provided research and editorial support for newsletters, white papers, websites, and marketing communications customized for specific clients. Acetta business strategy was assisted by a Solid State market opportunity research program, which assessed potential vertical targets, quantified the potential returns, and identified specific leads.
